How long is the processing/shipping time?

2-5 days for me to ship it out, and the shipping time will depend on your choice of shipping. For international stamp items without tracking, it will take about 7-14 days. Please contact me if you have not received the item 21 days after you received the confirmation email.
When will you restock/make [item]?

I currently do not have a living situation that accommodates restocking anything in this store any time soon, sorry! Continued support through this store and commissions will help me get on steadier financial ground.
What is your policy for damaged items or buyer remorse?

If the item arrives damaged, please send me a picture aucatgirl@gmail.com and I will send a replacement. If the damaged item is out of stock then I will provide a full refund.
I have a 14 day window for returns, please contact me with your receipt and I will send you the label. I will only refund when I have received the item.
Can I buy your items in bulk to resell?

No, I do not permit that. I will message buyers and/or cancel the orders that I find suspicious of doing this. I am okay with you reselling on a platform like mercari if you decide you don’t want it anymore/moved on from the fandom/etc, but you will be blacklisted if I find out you are only buying to resell it.
